Weekly Coffee Social

Project New Hope, Inc. is committed to serving those who have served us. Our weekly coffee social creates a place of community and comradery for Veterans and Service Members to connect. Our Veterans Coffee Social is recurring every Tuesday from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at our Worcester location: 70 James Street, Suite 129A, Worcester, MA 01603

National Service Officer

Looking for assistance with filing claims? Come to Project New Hope Inc. on the 2nd Saturday of each month to meet with our National Service Officer who can assist Veterans with filing claims. There is no appointment required and it is first, come first serve.

Reflexology Sessions

Experience whole body benefits through the feet. Project New Hope, Inc. is happy to partner with Natural Pathways to offer eight 30-minute reflexology sessions to Veterans, Military and family members. Veterans’ Reflexology will be held on the fourth Tuesday of each month, starting in August 2024, from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. Please call our Worcester office (774) 243-7859 to schedule your appointment today.

Chair Massage

Holistic health and wellness through massage, chair massage offers numerous benefits to Military, Veterans, and spouses, particularly in terms of stress relief and reducing cortisol levels. Chair massage also helps with muscular injuries or fatigue, focusing primarily on the shoulders, and back, but it can also include the arms and calves. Our licensed massage therapist provides 20-minute chair massage sessions on the 1st Monday of each month – 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm. TCM Visits

Trauma/PTS and other issues addressed through The Cortina Method (TCM), which uses brain-based healing without reliving painful emotions. This is a private, confidential service provided at no cost via telehealth, with appointments available within 1-14 days. Please complete our “Connecting the Dots” form and indicate in “Other comments” that you are interested in a TCM session.

Central Mass Women’s Veterans Group

Project New Hope Inc. is committed to serving those who have served us, our Central Mass Women Veteran Group is a community initiative designed specifically for our female Veterans, Reserve, Active Military, and National Guard Members. This program aims to foster a nurturing environment where courageous women can build relationships, share experiences, and access valuable resources and support. Farmers Market Every 1st & 3rd Friday at the Worcester VA

Join us at the **Project New Hope Inc. Non-Profit Veterans Organization Farmers Market** at the Worcester VA Outpatient Clinic, 403 Belmont Street, Worcester, MA (in parking lot)

We are committed to supporting Veterans, active-duty, Reserve, and National Guard service members by providing **free, fresh fruits and vegetables**. Eating fresh produce is essential for maintaining good health, supporting immune function, and preventing chronic diseases. By offering these nutritious options, we aim to improve the well-being of our Veteran community and their families.

Food insecurity is a significant issue that affects many Veterans and their families. At Project New Hope Inc., we understand the challenges many face in accessing healthy food options. Our Farmers Market is one way we are working to ensure that those who have served our country have access to the fresh, nutritious foods they need to thrive.

**Easy one-time registration** is available on-site, so come by and take advantage of this opportunity to improve your diet and health.
